Some reminders: Our hours have changed and we’re now open Thursday – Sunday. We fill growlers and have our own Spinnaker Bay Brewing growlers for sale, they are stainless steel and very practical. We like them because they keep the carbonation in beer for far longer.

Starting next week we’ll be closed on Wednesdays but open on Sundays from 1pm to 5pm and Delicious Authorithai will be here with delicious curry, slides and Southeast Asian street cart food to feed us each Sunday. We’re excited to spend more summer weekends with our customers and neighbors!

We’ve got a new beer this week, The HummerTM Amber Ale, named after our friend Captain Court’s sailboat and brewed for our friends at the Hummingbird Saloon. It is a mild, easy drinking beer with 5.8 ABV and 30 IBUs.

We open at 5pm on Wed/Thurs/Fri and at 3pm Sat, the food trucks arrive about an hour after opening and set up in our parking lot. You’re welcome to eat in the brewery and we’ve got a bunch of games you can play — the most recent addition is Cards Against Humanity. Come in and fill up a growler or grab a gift certificate for your favorite beer enthusiast!

Sat. Mar. 8th: Delicious Authorithai, bringing spicy and warm southeast Asian street cart food right to us.

On Saturday the 22nd we are taking part of the Washington Beer Open House and we’ll be opening our doors early at 12 noon. This is a state wide event and we’re looking forward to welcoming everybody to our tasting room.

Our Three Sheets to the WindTM triple IPA is part of the Washington Hop Mob Triple IPA Roadshow! Here are the locations and dates:

Washington Beer Open House

Next Saturday is the Washington Beer Open House and Spinnaker Bay Brewing will be taking part! On Saturday, February 22nd from noon to 5 p.m. breweries all across Washington will be opening their doors to let patrons have a closer peek at what they do and even offer tastes of special beers they might have to offer. To learn more about the even visit the Washington Beer Commission page on the WA Beer Open House for list of participating breweries and a Google map.

We’re so happy to be taking part, and it means that next Saturday we’ll be opening up early at 12:00 noon. Lots of breweries in Seattle will participating, why not make it a brewery crawl day?
